A ring shaped by land, sea, and love

yellow gold with cushion cut diamond and baguette cut green sapphires
Some stories start with a beach. When Ben reached out to design an engagement ring for Sophie, the first thing he mentioned was a windswept Scottish coast, one they’d visited together, a place full of meaning. That memory became the foundation of this design.

At the centre is a cushion-cut diamond. Soft edges, clean structure, and a brilliance that feels quietly confident. Flanking it on each side, two baguette-cut green sapphires bring a whisper of colour and a reference to lush landscapes and deep waters. Together, the composition echoes the strength and geometry of Art Deco, softened by organic inspiration.

But the details don’t stop there. Every curve, line, and proportion was discussed, refined, and reconsidered until it felt just right. Strong yet serene, stylish but deeply personal.

From the beginning, this ring was never just about a stone. It was about memory, place, and partnership. A personal story cast in gold, ready to mark the beginning of a new chapter.
