These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of products offered on www.kholdinastudio.com (the “Website”).
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms.

2. Products
The Website offers:
- Ready-to-wear jewellery
- Made-to-order jewellery
- Bespoke/custom jewellery
Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible. However:
- Natural gemstones may vary in tone, inclusions, and characteristics.
- Slight differences in color may occur due to screen settings and lighting.
- Measurements and weights are approximate unless otherwise specified.
- Live and AI generated product photography display the jewellery in the best light conditions and angles
Such variations do not constitute defects.
3. Prices
All prices are listed in EUR unless otherwise indicated.
Prices may include VAT depending on the customer’s location.
For international shipments outside the European Union:
- Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- The Seller reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
4. Orders
Orders are subject to acceptance by the Seller.
An order confirmation email does not constitute automatic acceptance; acceptance occurs when the product is shipped or production begins.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or technical errors
- Suspected fraudulent activity
5. Payments
Payments may be made via:
- Credit or debit card
- Stripe
- PayPal
- Bank transfer
Other payment methods made available at checkout
Payment must be received in full before shipment or before production begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment processing is handled by certified third-party providers. The Seller does not store full credit card information.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs clearance
- Carriers
- Force majeure events
Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery.
7. Right of Withdrawal [Ready-to-Wear Items]
In accordance with EU Consumer Law, customers purchasing ready-to-wear items have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery.
To exercise this right:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and undamaged
- Returned in original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
- Original shipping costs and customs duties are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
- For hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable.
8. Exclusion of Withdrawal [Made-to-Order and Bespoke]
Pursuant to Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code (D.lgs. 206/2005), the right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Made-to-order items
- Customized jewellery
- Bespoke creations
Once production has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.
Deposits paid for custom work are non-refundable.
9. Warranty & Conformity
Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity under Italian law.
For EU consumers, the warranty period is 24 months from delivery.
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by improper use
- Accidental damage
- Unauthorized alterations
- Natural gemstone characteristics
- Customers must notify the Seller of defects within a reasonable time after discovery.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Seller shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of profit
- Delays caused by third parties
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or mandatory consumer protections.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website — including designs, images, text, trademarks, and branding — is the exclusive property of MAJOR THINGS SNC.
Any reproduction, distribution, or use without prior written consent is prohibited.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Italian law.
For EU consumers, mandatory provisions of the consumer’s country of residence remain applicable where required by law.
13. Dispute Resolution
For consumers residing in the European Union, disputes may be submitted through the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.
The competent court is that of the consumer’s place of residence, where applicable under mandatory consumer law.
14. Force Majeure
The Seller shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, governmental actions, pandemics or transportation interruptions.
