This is us, in love and happy at our best friends’ wedding. It made us proud to have crafted their engagement ring.
From when we meet you for the first relaxed (and free) chat, to the moment you receive your ring, some time will pass. We don’t compromise — not on our time with you, nor on the design or the craftsmanship. We make sure it is done right. And it takes hours, days, even months if needed.
The entire process is tailored to your needs — budget included. Despite our love for the craft, we can only take on two engagement commissions per month. We would love yours to be the next.

1. What do you mean by a bespoke jewel?
A bespoke jewel is a piece that tells your story — and yours alone.
From the very first ideation phase to the final handcrafted result, every detail is tailored around you. This is not generic customization. It is a true one-of-a-kind creation made specifically for you or your loved one, curated down to the smallest element — from stone and metal selection to proportions, symbolism, and design language.
Our goal is to create a jewel that could only exist because of you. A piece that feels unmistakably aligned with the wearer’s identity and becomes a natural extension of it.
We work closely with you from start to finish, through a structured design process that includes dedicated review moments and formal approvals at every key stage.
2. What should I expect from the free consultation?
First and foremost, it is an introduction.
We take the time to get to know each other and understand whether we are the right fit. A bespoke jewel is an intimate and meaningful experience — it requires alignment, trust, and mutual understanding.
During the consultation, we listen carefully to your ideas, aspirations, and intentions. You are welcome to ask any questions regarding our process, technical aspects, timing, or materials.
The first consultation is completely free of charge. If you decide to proceed, we formalize the collaboration through a mutual agreement, which officially marks the beginning of the bespoke journey.
3. How long does it take to create a bespoke jewel?
On average, no less than 45 days.
This is the minimum time required to design and handcraft a one-of-a-kind piece to the standards we commit to. The process includes idea development, design reviews, stone sourcing, modeling, craftsmanship, and final delivery.
Timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the piece, your specific deadlines, and the number of projects currently in progress.
We are careful not to overbook our capacity — maintaining excellence and attention to detail is essential to our philosophy.
4. Do I need to know exactly what I want from the beginning?
Not at all.
Many clients come to us without a fully formed idea. Our role is to guide you through the process, helping you clarify your vision step by step. We support you through every key decision, provide education when needed, and answer all your doubts along the way.
Some clients arrive with a specific concept, which we help refine and elevate. Others discover, through the process, something they did not yet know they desired.
5. Do you work with lab-grown or natural gemstones?
We work with both lab-grown and natural gemstones, depending on your preferences and the specific needs of the project.
Our role is to guide you toward the most suitable solution for your jewel, considering aesthetics, durability, budget, symbolism, and long-term value. We do not push clients toward one option over the other unless we believe one choice brings clear added value to the piece.
Ultimately, the final decision is always yours.
All gemstones are sourced exclusively from trusted, established suppliers and carefully selected to best complement each individual design.
6. Do you provide gemstone certification?
Yes. Whenever possible, we provide official certification for main stones. These are typically issued by internationally recognized gemological institutes such as GIA (Gemological Institute of America) or IGA (International Gemological Association).
Each certified stone is delivered with its original certificate for your records.
For smaller side stones and melee diamonds, certification is not standard practice within the industry due to their size and setting method.
We do not certify gemstones ourselves; all certifications are issued by independent, accredited gemological laboratories
7. Can my bespoke jewel be resized?
For traditional shank designs, resizing is usually possible.
If the design is more elaborate or structurally complex, resizing may require specialized intervention. In any case, you can send the jewel back to us and we will take care of it.
Alternatively, we can help you source a trusted goldsmith near you and advise them directly on the best technical approach.
8. Can you restyle an old jewel into a new one?
Absolutely.
No jewel deserves to remain forgotten in a drawer. We can redesign your existing piece using its original metal and gemstones, or melt multiple metals and rework it into an entirely new creation.
We can also combine old elements with new gemstones to give your jewel a second life, while preserving its emotional value.
9. Can I gift a bespoke service to a loved one?
Yes, you can.

10. Can you replicate a jewel I like?
We stand for intention, distinctive ideas, and personal meaning. Replicating an existing design is not aligned with our philosophy.
What we can do is understand what you love about that piece — whether it is the proportions, gemstones, the symbolism, the feeling it evokes — and transform those insights into a new, unique creation that belongs entirely to you.
