From when we meet you for the first relaxed chat, to the moment you receive your ring, some time will pass. We don’t compromise — not on our time with you, nor on the design or the craftsmanship. We make sure it is done right. And it takes hours, days, even months if needed.
The entire process is tailored to your needs — budget included. Despite our love for the craft, we can only take on two engagement commissions per month. We would love yours to be the next.

To make planning easier for you, we’ve grouped custom engagement ring pricing into three simple starting points based on design and materials — no guessing required.
2. What should I expect from the free consultation?
Mostly, it’s a chance to meet.
We want to understand your story and see if we’re the right people to help tell it — a custom piece only works when there’s real trust between us. Ask us anything: how we work, what it costs, how long it takes, what the materials mean. Nothing’s off the table, and this first conversation costs nothing.
If you decide to go ahead, that’s when a formal agreement locks in the details — but this first step is just about getting to know each other.
3. Am I your ideal client?

4. What do you mean by a custom jewel?
A bespoke jewel is a piece that tells your story — and yours alone.
From the very first ideation phase to the final handcrafted result, every detail is tailored around you. This is not generic customization. It is a true one-of-a-kind creation made specifically for you or your loved one, curated down to the smallest element — from stone and metal selection to proportions, symbolism, and design language.
Our goal is to create a jewel that could only exist because of you. A piece that feels unmistakably aligned with the wearer’s identity and becomes a natural extension of it.
We work closely with you from start to finish, through a structured design process that includes dedicated review moments and formal approvals at every key stage.
5. How long does it take to create a custom jewel?
On average, no less than 45 days.
This is the minimum time required to design and handcraft a one-of-a-kind piece to the standards we commit to. The process includes idea development, design reviews, stone sourcing, modeling, craftsmanship, and final delivery.
Timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the piece, your specific deadlines, and the number of projects currently in progress.
We are careful not to overbook our capacity — maintaining excellence and attention to detail is essential to our philosophy.
6. Do I need to know exactly what I want from the beginning?
Not at all.
Most people who come to us don’t have a fully formed idea yet — that’s exactly where we’re useful. We’ll walk through it with you, step by step, answering whatever comes up along the way. Some clients arrive with a clear concept we help sharpen. Others find, through the process, something they didn’t know they wanted until they saw it.

7. Do you work with lab-grown or natural gemstones?
We work with both lab-grown and natural gemstones, depending on your preferences and the specific needs of the project.
Our role is to guide you toward the most suitable solution for your jewel, considering aesthetics, durability, budget, symbolism, and long-term value. We do not push clients toward one option over the other unless we believe one choice brings clear added value to the piece.
Ultimately, the final decision is always yours.
All gemstones are sourced exclusively from trusted, established suppliers and carefully selected to best complement each individual design.
8. Do you provide gemstone certification?
Yes. Whenever possible, we provide official certification for main stones. These are typically issued by internationally recognized gemological institutes such as GIA (Gemological Institute of America) or IGA (International Gemological Association).
Each certified stone is delivered with its original certificate for your records.
For smaller side stones and melee diamonds, certification is not standard practice within the industry due to their size and setting method.
