Every piece is made to order by our master artisans in Italy, so no two are ever quite identical. Because natural stones vary in density, total carat weight may shift slightly from piece to piece — typically within ±0.02 to 0.05 carats.
The collection features natural diamonds. Lab-grown diamonds can be requested instead, if preferred. The price shown is confirmed at the time of your order; on future pieces, pricing may vary depending on gold weight, market fluctuations, and gemstone costs.
If you’d like to request a lab-grown diamond, or — for rings — confirm your exact size, email us at hello@kholdinastudio.com within 24 hours of placing your order, so our team can begin sourcing right away. If we don’t hear from you in that window, your piece will be made with a natural diamond, in the standard ring size selected.
Every piece is made to order, specifically for you. Please allow at least four weeks for gemstone sourcing and handcrafted production before shipping; we’ll keep you updated on your piece’s progress along the way.
If your piece is ready sooner, we’ll let you know — we’re always happy to deliver early. Once complete, your piece ships via insured, expedited DHL; shipping is included in the price, though customs duties are not, and will be charged according to your country’s import regulations.
Because each piece is made specifically for you, we’re unable to accept returns, though we’re happy to offer store credit if you contact us within 14 days of delivery. Resizing may be possible depending on the design, at the customer’s cost; you’re welcome to send the piece back to us for resizing, or we can recommend a trusted goldsmith near you at no extra charge.
